How I look at businesses
I do not look at businesses as individual entities, I look at them as ecosystems. Not in the way porter did (The five forces), but somewhat an extension of it. In this the industry is looked at as a system of interconnected sub-systems. By looking at it this way the ecosystem reduces to just three things: 1) Players 2) Opportunities and 3) Products.
